Every morning I start my day with a protein shake. I have been playing with the recipe and some days I have a smaller shake and then breakfast. I use;
A handful of Spinach
1 banana
Few strawberries and or blueberries
1tsp of natural peanut butter ( I like Jiff or Skippy)
1 scoop of protein powder ( we use Vanilla or brownie but fudge by Dymatize.)
Blend and enjoy!
