My baby is 9 months old. The weight is just not coming off like I would like it to. I have lost the "baby weight", now I am just hanging on to weight. I have been following a friends journey, and she has inspired me to get healthy. It started today. Logging my meals, and wearing my BodyMedia band. (If I can get it figured out.) I am using the website/ app My Fitness Pal too. I will be getting on my elliptical daily and starting a swimming program. I am going to have my rockin body back, when AJ gets home. No more excuses!
